About the position
Our marketing team is looking for a hands-on growth campaigns operator to run large-scale, global paid campaigns across paid social and paid search platforms.
This is an execution role, where you'll be on the platforms every day, building, optimizing, and reporting. You will work closely with the internal marketing team for design, content, BI & more.
Employment for this role will be on a contractor basis.
What you'll own
Paid Search execution: Day-to-day management of Google Ads and Bing Ads globally including: keyword strategy and research, bid management, budget pacing, messaging testing.
ABX audience: Create cohort-specific cross-platforms campaigns to maximize pipeline generation and acceleration.
LLM ad surfaces: Testing and operationalizing emerging PPC channels (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).
Paid Social execution: Day-to-day management of the global paid media channels.
Internal coordination: Working with paid-chan

דרישות:

Required experience
4+ years hands-on managing large-scale paid campaigns globally - at least $100K/month in managed media spend.
Hands-on experience across both paid search and paid social.
Hands-on experience running ABX / ABM programs - building target account lists, executing account-targeted paid campaigns (especially on LinkedIn), and coordinating with sales/SDR motion on account engagement.
B2B SaaS experience required. Enterprise motion strongly preferred.
Self-directed - you propose the test, you ship it, you report it.
