Software Data Platform Tech Lead

Were looking for a Software Data Platform Tech Lead to join us.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior software engineers through one-on-ones, feedback, and technical guidance.
Design, develop, and maintain the core backend architecture of our Data platform.
Take ownership of end-to-end development processes, from design to deployment.
Build and deploy scalable APIs, micro-services, and systems that enable seamless Data processing workflows.
Research and integrate advanced technologies to improve system scalability and reliability.
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.

דרישות:

5+ years in software backend engineering, at least 3 years specifically in Python (we use fastAPI).
Proven knowledge in building and maintaining web applications (we use React).
Experience in architecting software systems from the ground up.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Experience with containerization technologies and concepts (Docker, or equivalent).
