Technical Recruiter

we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and recruiting top technical talent to help us achieve our ambitious goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates who align with the companys culture and values. Your expertise in the technology landscape will be critical in identifying and connecting with potential candidates, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events.
Conducting detailed interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit with the companys clients.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting, interviews to job offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers

Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruiting.
In-depth understanding of various technical roles and the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience working with customers.
Experience working with social networks, especially LinkedIn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
