Integration & Automation Group Manager

This role combines technical leadership, multidisciplinary system integration, automation development, and hands-on problem solving in complex RF-based environments. The position includes managing several engineering teams and leading critical integration, validation, and delivery activities for advanced operational systems.

Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing Integration and ATE engineering teams
Driving integration and validation of complex multidisciplinary systems
Leading troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system-level investigations
Designing and developing automated testing and calibration solutions
Planning and executing regression, validation, and performance-testing processes
Conducting POCs, field trials, and operational system evaluations
Collaborating closely with hardware, software, manufacturing, and operations teams
Supporting products throughout the full lifecycle - from development to delivery

4+ years of experience managing engineering teams - mandatory
8+ years of experience in integration and testing of multidisciplinary systems - mandatory
Deep understanding of RF systems, transmission/reception chains, and calibration processes - mandatory
Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment - mandatory
Experience testing analog and digital electronic boards - mandatory
Proven experience developing automated test solutions - mandatory
Experience supporting products from development to manufacturing and delivery - mandatory
Experience with Python - advantage
Experience with LabVIEW - advantage
Active security clearance - advantage
