Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex defense technology projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Full project ownership from initiation through delivery - including R&D coordination, supply chain management,
manufacturing, and customer delivery.
Direct management of customer relations throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparation of project documentation and oversight of planning, development, and implementation processes.
Active participation in technical meetings and setting development directions as needed.

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
A masters degree in business administration or systems engineering is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years experience managing and leading complex technological projects.
Proven experience working with defense customers - must.
Experience with RF systems; experience in electronic warfare (EW) an advantage.
Experience managing customers both in Israel and internationally.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel abroad as required.
