Project Manager -Information Systems

We are looking for an experienced * Project Manager * to join the Information Systems department of a large organization and lead strategic, cross-functional projects in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:
-Lead strategic IT and business projects from initiation to successful delivery.
-Translate business needs into clear project plans, processes and functional requirements.
-Manage project timelines, deliverables, budget tracking, risks and overall execution quality.
-Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the organization and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
-Monitor project progress, identify issues and escalate key topics when needed.
-Prepare status updates, presentations, steering committee materials, process documentation and project plans.
-Drive execution in a fast-paced, matrix environment while managing several priorities in parallel.

Requirements:
-At least 4 years of experience managing projects in large organizations - mandatory.
-Strong understanding of business processes and experience writing functional specifications.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix organization.
