Requirements:

Payroll accounting certificate
Previous experience as a Payroll controller, preferably within a global company
Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP formulas)
Responsible, thorough, good people and service skills
Adherence to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
Ability to work intensely on payroll dates, to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
Ability to work independently.
English – both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end Israeli payroll process. Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, including salary payments, taxes, and other deductions.
Work with payroll software and systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Responsible for all social benefits topics - social benefits forms, 101 and 161 forms, social release letter, health insurance and other.
Ongoing work with external pension and benefits agencies.
Addressing queries about payroll-related issues
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure payroll alignment with company policies and financial objectives. Support audits and ensure readiness for any external or internal payroll reviews.
Generating and processing payroll reports (Reserve duty benefits, travel, sick-leave, convalescence, and vacation reports, etc.)
Posting payroll JE’s and provide monthly analysis as part of month closing
Responsibility for the company's attendance management system
