Senior DevOps Engineer

Join a large-scale, well-established financial organization that delivers essential financial services across Israel. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping CI/CD, automation, cloud infrastructure, and release management practices.

What you'll be doing:
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Lead release processes from development through production
• Build automation frameworks and reusable delivery templates for development teams
• Work with AKS and Kubernetes production environments
• Implement and manage security, governance, and access control practices
• Continuously improve delivery processes, monitoring, reliability, and system availability
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud teams

• Strong hands on experience with Azure DevOps
• Proven experience building and maintaining YAML pipelines
• Experience working with AKS and Kubernetes
• Strong background in CI/CD and Release Management within complex environments
• Scripting and automation experience
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
