As an R&D Team Leader, you will...
Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of 5-7 developers, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge distributed systems in a hands-on capacity
Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release
Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
Make key decisions to ensure the right effort at the right opportunity for

At least 2-3 years of leading experience and at least 8-12 years as an engineer
Experience in managing highly-skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach, guide, and influence them
Proven experience in Go/Python/Java
Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems
Experience in SaaS/Cloud/Microservices architecture
Advantage - Familiarity with the runtime cloud security domain for cloud-native environments with a track record of shipping high-impact capabilities
