CEO - FinTech /GovTech

We are seeking an exceptional CEO to lead a high-growth FinTech/GovTech startup through international expansion and institutional scale.

The company has completed its Seed round, has a live product with paying customers, and is preparing for a significant Series A to accelerate global growth across financial services and government markets.

The CEO will lead the companys strategic, commercial, financial and operational growth, including driving the Series A fundraising process, expanding into global markets, building enterprise and government relationships, and scaling the organization.

Proven track record building, financing, and scaling venture-backed technology companies
Experience raising significant venture capital, including successful Series A rounds with leading VC firms
International expansion experience across regulated markets
Strong enterprise relationships with financial institutions and/or government entities, including banks, regulators, tax authorities, or public-sector organizations
Experience scaling revenue, teams, operating structures, and execution capabilities post-Series A
Background in FinTech, GovTech, SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or related sectors
