Student position: Project Assistant

The role focuses on assisting in the implementation of a new legal management system within the company. This student position offers hands-on exposure to legal system functionalities, data management, and collaboration with legal and IT teams, alongside cross-functional communication with international vendors.

Major areas of responsibility

System Familiarization and Support:

Gain in-depth understanding of the new legal management system’s features and capabilities.
Serve as the primary contact for system data entry and quality assurance.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Participate in meetings with the legal department for system requirements and testing.
Liaise with international vendors to ensure system compatibility and feature understanding.

Testing and Verification:

Input data and verify system outputs, such as search functionality and feature efficiency.
Document testing results and propose system improvements.

Documentation and Communication:

Prepare detailed reports, track system metrics, and address potential blockers.
Assist with business and technical documentation, including feature specifications.

Ad Hoc Administrative Support:

Perform administrative tasks to support project timelines and team needs.

Requirements:

Student of: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields (L.L.B or M.A considered an advantage).
Study balance: at least 3-4 semesters
Proficient in computerized systems with a strong data-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly analytical.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
