Data Center Technician - DCC Communities

The position is full time and working on an oncall rotation including weekends. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on hardware experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Work and meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
- First line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards etc).
- Carry out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs.
- Work with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to complet

Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.

Preferred Qualifications
