As the AI team leader, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and mission-critical hardware. You will lead an elite team of researchers and engineers to define the next generation of algorithmic capabilities for our stabilized payloads and autonomous systems.

Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the research, design, and implementation of state-of-the-art Computer Vision and Deep Learning algorithms tailored for EO/IR sensors. End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the full algorithmic lifecycle-from theoretical feasibility and simulation to optimized implementation on Embedded edge devices. Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the Head of Analytics and EVP R&D to align AI initiatives with the companys technological roadmap and market needs. Mentorship & Excellence: Cultivate a culture of algorithmic rigor, ensuring high standards of coding, documentation, and academic-level research within the team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into complex multidisciplinary products.
Requirements Proven Leadership: At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams in defense-tech or multidisciplinary R&D environments. Domain Expertise: Minimum 5 years
