We are looking for
For our site in Modiin, we are looking for a Mechanical Procurement team leader
You will lead a team of buyers and supplier managers in the mechanical domain, with end-to-end responsibility for procurement processes - from supplier sourcing to ensuring the availability of materials, parts, and assemblies. This is an opportunity to take part in meaningful defense work, influence supply chain performance, and develop a strong professional team. Come be a partner in leading complex procurement processes in a dynamic and challenging environment
דרישות:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with emphasis on technical/mechanical procurement
Experience in managing a professional team
Experience in commercial negotiations with suppliers in Israel and internationally
Technical understanding of the mechanical domain, including parts, assemblies, manufacturing processes, and drawing reading
Familiarity with ERP systems
Proficiency in Hebrew and English
Ability to lead, prioritize, and make decisions in a multi-interface environment under pressure
