HR Technology & Solutions Specialist

Our HRIS & Technologies team is looking for a skilled HR Technology & Solutions Specialist to join a dynamic team of analysts and developers.This role includes working closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, design and implement business processes, and produce functional and design documentation.The position involves leveraging BI platforms, HCM systems, integrations, SQL, ETL processes, and modern AI tools and technologies to deliver data-driven solutions and insights.The role also includes ongoing support and maintenance of business systems, with collaboration across our global teams in the US, Japan, and Europe.דרישות:•    Must haveo    Academic degree in industrial engineering/ information systems engineering / computer scienceo    At least 2 years experience of working with business users to collect requirements, understand and analyze business processes, and transform them to functional IT systems.o    Ability to perform requirements analysis and write design and functional documentation.o    Knowledge in BI platforms e.g. Tableau/ QlikView/ PowerBIo    SuccessFactors similar HCM admin experienceo    Integrations knowledge and experience (API, middleware)o    Experience with data visualizations or dashboard designso    Experience in writing SQL queries (PL-SQL, T-SQL, …)o    Knowledge of ETL concept (to extract, transform and load data between different systems)o    Ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industrieso    Effective problem-solving skillso    Fluency in English (Spoken, Reading & Writing)o    Ready to work and support users in the US/Japan/Europe•    Advantageo    Experience in software development languages like
