We aim to be THE address for all IP lifecycle needs.LocationOur offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.What you will be doing:This strategic role will be a part of the Leadership Team, collaborate regularly with the CEO and include strategic leadership as well as day-to-day management of Azami’s activities North America, including Sales and Account Management, which you will lead in matrix with the professional managers of the positions, the SVP of Sales and Chief Customer Officer, respectively. You will partner with other leaders and stakeholders within the company, and work closely with Product and Marketing to ensure that Azami is maintaining and strengthening its competitive strength in the region and worldwide.Who are you?You are an accomplished leader within the IP industry and has deep knowledge of the tasks and related challenges IP professionals – in corporations and law firms alike – encounter in their daily work, especially with regards to international activities related to the filing, prosecution and maintenance of IP.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic advice and report regional results and findings to the CEO.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth.Sales Leadership (in Matrix): Lead and inspire the sales and account management teams in the region to achieve and exceed sales and retention targets, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and managing key client relationships.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Business Development: Explore new business avenues and partnerships to expand the company’s market reach and identify growth opportunities.Financial Management: Work with the CFO on the commercial budget, financial planning, and forecasting to optimize resources and ensure profitability.Team Leadership: (in Matrix) Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics, providing recommendations for business improvement and competitive advantageRequirements:15+ years’ management experience (staff and budget responsibility) within a global enterprise software solutions company.Experience in leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solutionsGrowing business within existing customer accounts, hands-on as well as by leading a team of customer managers.Seasoned manager with the ability to hire, mentor, coach and develop a high performing team. Experience and knowledge of Intellectual Property related tasks and solutions. Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to Senior (MP and C-level) customer executives.Personality, mindset, and investment approach that fits well with an entrepreneurial, growing firm, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent problem-solving skills.
