Data and BI Analyst

As a Data and BI Analyst at our company, you will own the full analytics lifecycle- partnering with stakeholders to define business questions, exploring and modeling data, building scalable BI assets, and delivering clear insights that influence decisions.
You will work within the BI function to ensure consistent metrics, reliable pipelines, and high-quality dashboards while collaborating closely with teams across Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is both highly analytical and business-oriented, with a passion for transforming complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

Analytics and Insights
Translate business needs into analytical frameworks, uncover trends, and deliver insights that directly drive strategic decisions.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for recurring revenue metrics (ARR, expansion, churn), product usage, operational efficien

3-4 years of experience as a Data and BI Analyst (or similar role) in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, etc.).
Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs, performance-aware query design).
Experience with BI visualization tools, (Looker, Tableau or Similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities in English, able to present analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Curious, proactive mindset: a self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborate, and drive measurable business impact.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Experience with Semantic Layer modeling.
Familiarity with SaaS business me
