Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst for our Order Management group with deep expertise in data analysis, visualization, and quantitative research-ideally within enterprise software environments.
The ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex information into clear insights through analysis, visualization, and system design.
Bring a proactive mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to lead data-driven initiatives from concept to execution with minimal oversight.
How will you make an impact?
Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure and align with the strategic objectives of Order Management
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor group and business performance.
Ensure data integrity and validity across all platforms and systems.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, ideally in SaaS, billing, or contract management
Strong skills in Power BI or similar and advanced Excel
Experience with enterprise software like Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash processes
Clear communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
