Team Leader SASE Networking Services group 25672

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader with strong development skills and networking expertise to lead one of the core development teams building the next generation of our SASE network.
The team is responsible for designing and developing the new and enhanced SASE networking layer - a highly scalable, auto-scaling, resilient, and high-performance distributed system that provides secure connectivity worldwide for organizations.
This role requires technical ownership while driving team execution.
You will mentor engineers, drive innovation, and accelerate AI adoption across the SDLC and product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering ownership, accountability, and growth.
Drive end-to-end development of complex networking features (design to production).
Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
Promote engineering excellence: code quality, observability, and production readiness.

5+ years of development experience in C/C++/Go/Java/Python/Other is a must.
2+ years of experience leading development teams and driving execution.
Good background in networking (TCP/IP, TLS, VPN, routing, tunnelling, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deep-dive into complex issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing and delivering distributed systems in production.
Experience with Go (Golang) is an advantage.
Experience with AI/ML or AI-driven features is an advantage.
Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks.
