We are looking for:A Strategic Subcontractors & Partnerships Manager for our Haifa site, within Group Headquarters.You will lead the management of strategic contracts and partnerships valued at tens of millions of USD, working closely with senior executives, strategic partners, and government entities in Israel and worldwide. This is your opportunity to combine deep business acumen, contractual expertise, and broad organizational influence at the heart of a leading defense organization.In this role you will:Define, lead, and execute the Group's long-term strategy for strategic subcontracting and partnershipsLead complex, multi-year negotiations with strategic suppliers, partners, and governmental entities in Israel and internationallyManage strategic contractual engagements critical to the Group's business and technological roadmapOperate in a cross-functional, matrix environment with Business Units, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and SecuritySupport Business Development and Marketing activities including tenders, proposals, and bid strategiesIdentify commercial, contractualדרישות:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree - an advantage5–7+ years of experience in project-based procurement, strategic contracts, and complex commercial engagementsAt least 5 years of proven experience leading senior-level negotiations involving multi-million-dollar contractsExperience working with executive management and senior stakeholders; defense industry experience - an advantageProficiency in drafting and analyzing contracts, experience leading RFQ/RFP processes, and working with ERP systemsHebrew and English at a very high level for contractual writing and negotiations; additional languages - an advantageProven ability to lead and influence within a complex matrix organization, strategic thinking, independence and results orientationPrevious managerial experience of 2–5 years - an advantage*Only relevant applications will be answeredניסיון: 3-4 שנים
