Own the Core: Develop and sustain our platform, taking full ownership of the features essential to our companys strategic growth within the Channels domain.
AI Expert: Foster a culture of continuous learning. You will evaluate the evolving AI landscape to select the right tech stack, mentor team members on AI literacy, and oversee the ethical and secure implementation of generative tools to maintain our competitive edge.
The Full Lifecycle: You aren't just overseeing code; youre leading the entire development evolution, from feature ideation and planning to design reviews, deployment, and beyond.
