Sales Operations Specialist

What Will You Do?

Panaya is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist, to ensure the efficient and effective running of the day-to-day operations of the sales organization. As part of the Sales Operations team you will work within the Salesforce CRM system on all functionality including reporting, quoting/pricing, data maintenance and training through an overarching perspective of company sales strategies and overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support to the sales organization
Manage the maintenance of sales pipeline in Sales Force, ensure data accuracy and assist in sales pipeline maintenance and forecasting process.
Lead day-to-day hands-on operations of the support functions, including formulating and implementing tactical and strategic plans, policies and programs
Manage internal pricing tools
Generate forecast and metric reports for Sales Management and sales team
Ensure knowledge management capture and best practices are implemented throughout the sales organization
Assist in the structuring and approval process of customers contracts
Coach, mentor and train sales team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years’ experience in a sales Operations role
knowledge of sales operations methodology and salesforce.com
Excellent interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally
Proven business sense and problem solving, project management, and analytical skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Strong drive and will to succeed with a high degree of accountability
Hands-on, Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and complete assignments under aggressive time constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS degree in a relevant field
