Senior Customer Program Manager - Datacenter Engineering & Operations

We are looking for a Senior Customer Program Manager to join our Datacenter Engineering & Operations Team. What you'll be doing:
Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs, resolve high-priority customer concerns, and ensure global alignment on objectives.

What we need to see:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry with a preferred focus on datacenter infrastructure.
You should have a history of influencing decisions and coordinating teams in a cross-functional, multinational environment.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment.
