R&D Quality Engineer

Were looking for an experienced R&D Quality Engineer who doesnt just audit processes, but actively partners with engineering teams to build better products.
In this role, youll play a key part in strengthening our Automotive SPICE maturity while ensuring that quality is embedded into how we design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge automotive systems.

What will your job look like:
Partner with system and software engineering teams to implement and improve ASPICE-compliant processes.
Drive continuous improvement of product quality, not just process adherence
Support and guide teams through ASPICE assessments (internal & external)
Translate ASPICE requirements into practical, scalable engineering workflows
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across the development lifecycle
Coach teams on best practices in s

B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
ASPICE Provisional Assessor certification with Cybersecurity extension (Competent assessor is a plus)
Strong background in systems & software engineering
Proven experience implementing ASPICE in real projects
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)
ASPICE for Machine Learning
