Marcom Coordinator

We are looking for a Marcom Global Coordinator to join our global Marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with a passion for managing international events, marketing operations, and logistics.

What you will do
Event Management:

Coordinate global events, trade shows, logistics, and operations.
Oversee planning, budget management, hotel bookings, shipments, and more.
Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
Operations & Finance:

Manage invoices, suppliers, and payments process.
Collaborate closely with Finance to monitor budgets and expenses.
Ensure accurate reporting and financial accountability for projects.
Marketing Operations:

Handle marketing-related tasks such as stock and order management, supplier coordination, shipments, and logistics.
Support marketing initiatives across all platforms
Assist with analytics, reporting, presentation updates, and strategic marketing projects.

B.A. in Marketing & Management, Business Administration, or equivalent - mandatory.
Fluent English (high level) - mandatory.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan ahead, and multitask effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking.
