We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our Global Real Estate team.
Job Id: 25372
The ideal candidate is passionate about leading real estate projects, managing complex processes, and tackling challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in understanding the market, reading blueprints and layouts, budget management, and negotiation. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success. You will work closely on high-impact projects, ensuring they align with the company's operational needs while paying close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Global Real Estate:
Manage local and overseas construction project progress to ensure the highest level of quality
Multiple construction projects and the associated deliverables from initiation to closeout
International facilities site visits (travel required)
Manage projects cost in a detailed aspect and ongoing monitoring o
דרישות:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Structural Engineering/Interior Design/Architecture/Economics/Industrial Engineering
2-5 years of business experience, preferably in real estate or purchasing in global companies
English - excellent verbal and written skills (other languages - an advantage)
Analytical skills- high knowledge of Excel is a must
Ability to prioritize and work under great pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong writing, communication and project/time management skills
Ability to work independently on multiple projects
Excellent attention to details
