Full Stack Team Leader

Were looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Team Leader to join our team at Elementor. In this role, youll lead a team of developers to drive significant impact on our business. As a key member of our engineering department, youll help shape our vision and culture, working closely with stakeholders across product, QA/automation, data, DevOps, and other business departments to optimize our KPIs.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers
Plan and lead the development of Elementors user success journeys, driving our users to succeed in creating their websites
Plan and build robust and scalable software components, services, and user-facing features

Leadership Skills: 2+ years of broad management experience leading senior engineering teams in high-growth environments, with a proven track record of developing talent.
7+ years of proven expertise in modern full-stack development (Node.js, TypeScript, React) and distributed systems architecture.
Experience in building and maintaining products end-to-end, from ideation to production, including technical research, deployment, and monitoring
Experience in leading technically and organizationally complex projects with a strong architectural mindset, with the ability to balance rapid feature delivery with long-term technical health and stability.
Experience with APIs, building platforms, and developing large systems in a complex environment
