We are looking for a data Manager to lead data initiatives across projects and clients. This role combines leadership, governance, and hands-on understanding of data platforms. You will define data strategies, ensure data quality and governance, and manage teams delivering data solutions end to end.
Responsibilities
Lead data projects from design to delivery
Define data strategy aligned with business goals
Own data governance, quality, and standards
Manage data teams including engineers and analysts
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
Oversee data architecture and platform decisions
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data systems
Drive best practices across data modeling, pipelines, and BI
דרישות:
5+ years of experience in data roles ( BI, data Engineering, or Analytics)
2+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Experience managing data pipelines and ETL processes
Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
