UX Designer

we are looking for a UX Designer.
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across our suite of products.
Youll work at the intersection of design, technology, and finance, transforming complex challenges into user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
Take key part in the end-to-end design process for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance the customer experience.
Create detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design strategies and ensure seamless implementation.
Advocate for user-first design principles, driving innovation in B2B2C financial experiences.
Maintain & add to the existing design system
Facilitate ideation and discovery workshops to refine product ideas and solutions.

5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and impactful solutions.
Proven track record of working on B2C products, preferably in web & mobile environments.
Proficient in Figma (Auto layout, Components, Variables, etc...) & high-fidelity prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew), with the ability to articulate design decisions and champion user-centric thinking.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, and demonstrating a collaborative and iterative design process.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong team player, eager to learn and share knowledge.
Motivated and proactive.
