Our Delivery Customer Care representative acts as a liaison between our Delivery, its couriers and clients. The customer care is a vital part of our service. As customer care representative you are an integral part of the courier support and dispatch service.
As part of your responsibility youll be required to act in a kind and highly professional manner.
To be available to a minimum of 4 shifts a week during the following time slots (including Holidays):
Sunday to Thursday: 08.00 - 16.00 and 15.00 - 23.00.
Friday: 08.00 - 16.00.

To ensure that all orders are picked up or assigned to our courier.
Liaise with the clients when their order is delayed.
To record any inquiries or complaints from couriers and clients.
