Admetec is seeking a Global Partners Manager to join our international sales team.
Job Description:
Ongoing management of international distributors
Deep understanding of the company’s products and introduction of new ones
Planning and implementing work plans, setting goals and objectives
Conducting business meetings and product training sessions
Recruiting and onboarding new distributors
Collaborating with various internal departments (orders, shipping, marketing, regulation, etc.)
Providing solutions and handling challenges as they arise
Delivering marketing and training tools to distributors
Exercising sound judgment and making decisions in line with company policy
Accompanying distributors during visits to Israel, trade shows, and international events
This is a dynamic and meaningful role that offers an independent and engaging work environment.

דרישות:

Academic education – a significant advantage
Proven experience as an overseas distributor manager and/or sales manager in the medical/dental field – must
Excellent English – must; additional languages – advantage
Willingness to travel abroad as required
