This is a senior strategic role focused on identifying opportunities, developing new markets, and driving long-term business growth in the defense and aerospace sectors. In this role you will
Lead and manage major business opportunities and strategic campaigns
Maintain and develop ongoing customer relationships and expand business activity
Drive long-term marketing and business development processes, including identifying and cultivating new markets and customers in Israel and abroad
Collect business intelligence and conduct market analysis
Develop strategic plans for new market entry and business growth
דרישות:
B.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Business
Over 5 years of experience in large-scale business development and marketing within the defense or international markets
Proactive and independent approach with demonstrated ability to lead complex processes and engage multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with a strategic and system-wide perspective
High representational and presentation abilities for international customer engagements
Willingness to travel frequently abroad and work flexible hours
Very high level of English
