For the Aerospace Division's Finance unit, at the company site in Haifa, we are seeking a Head of Cash Flow and Financial Processes
You will manage the division’s cash flow, lead financial control processes, and serve as a key partner to management in driving financial efficiency and decision?making
In this role you will
Manage the division’s cash flow – oversee and monitor cash balance, collection, and payments
Lead cost control for all salary components and manpower planning at the divisional level
Ensure effective and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
Perform cross?divisional economic analyses, supporting business insights and financial planning using multiple data sources
Monitor divisional activity forecasts versus the U.S., including coordination of deliveries and new orders
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management
Master’s degree – Advantage
At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in public companies
Experience as a Finance Manager in industrial or high?tech companies – Advantage
Proven experience and familiarity with financial information systems – Advantage
