A leading organization is hiring a hands-on GenAI Lead to design and build advanced GenAI solutions end-to-end, working closely with technology teams and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate GenAI models (commercial + open-source) and recommend the right approach-
Design GenAI infrastructure (On-Prem/Private Cloud + AI providers)-
Build LLM-based Agents (hands-on) and support development teams as a technical authority-
Implement RAG connected to enterprise data sources-
Recommend tooling for Governance, Security, and FinOps-
Define KPIs (accuracy, usage, cost, performance) and drive continuous optimization-
דרישות:
Hands-on experience with at least 2 leading AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)-
Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA or similar)-
Experience building LLM Agents and implementing RAG-
Strong Prompt Engineering skills (quality, consistency, cost optimization)-
