Key Responsibilities
Weekly forecasting with your team and local sales leaders
Develop and implement strategies to optimize renewal rates and increase customer retention. Analyze renewal data, identify trends, and proactively address renewal risks.
Collaborate with the local sales teams to build strong relationships with customers. Understand their needs, address concern

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in cybersecurity or technology management are a plus.
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity environment (6-10 years).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in forecasting
Fluent English language
