R D Finance Business Partner

This role combines deep analytical work, budget ownership, and close day-to-day partnership with R D leaders to ensure effective use of resources and  data -driven decision-making across Hazeras global R D network.
As Hazeras R D Finance Business Partner, you will also manage the R D Costing Specialist.
Lead the annual R D budget build and ongoing forecast process (OpEx CapEx)
Monitor budget execution and proactively identify gaps, risks, and saving opportunities
Ensure accurate cost allocation and financial transparency across R D activities
Build and maintain R D dashboards with clear KPIs (project timelines, resource utilizati

Masters degree or higher in Finance, Business management, or related field
5+ years of Experience in a global matrix organization as a Finance, FP A, or Process Management role.
Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities (  BI /  ERP systems - advantage)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Fluent English
