Senior Program Manager, Sourcing - Operations

We are  looking for a forward-thinking, focused, analytical and motivated Program manager to join the Sourcing Team. As part of the Sourcing team youll be in charge of 2nd source activities on various Network products.  Our Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end NVLINK, InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. In addition, we serve a wide range of sectors including high performance computing, enterprise, data centers, cloud computing, big data and Web 2.0. Develop and execute component 2nd source strategy from NPI to MP stage

What we need to see:

BSc in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Electrical engineering.

5+ years experience in managing multi function activities as Program manager and proven track record managing sourcing activities in semiconductors industry.

Results driven and is able to lead multiple projects to meet projects goals.

High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative, intensive and dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and influencing skills dealing with suppliers and internal cross functional teams.

Languages: English - Excellent writing and verbal skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Expreience Program mangement tools.

Experience of working with Global suppliers.

Deep understanding of components market and supply base.

Familiar with ERP & PLM systems.
