senior system Hardware Engineer

what you'll be doing:
the position consists of hands-on testing in lab environment for electrical and optical integration & validation
problem solving while accompany production and qualification process
collaborate and integrate with all hw project fields: mechanics, thermal, pcb layout, production, software/firmware, rtl and more

what we need to see:
b.sc. in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
5+ years as a  board designer or board  Validation engineer, experience in complex hw projects execution
hands-on hw & sw lab skills
excellent interpersonal relationship and demonstrated ability taking ownership
ways to stand out from the crowd:
background in  data -center switches products design and validation & verification
experience in products that reach to high volume manufacturing
experience in optic designs or other analog interface integration
