you bring a bachelors degree in  Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience. you bring 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a product-driven environment. you bring 5+ years of hands-on  backend or systems development experience, using languages such as  Python, go,  JAVA, or  C #. you bring experience-or a strong interest-in identity, authentication, authorization, or secrets management, and youre excited to apply these principles to ai and agent frameworks. youre comfortable building cloud-native systems and working with modern infrastructure, ci/cd pipelines, and agile development practices. youre able to balance long-term architectural vision with fast-paced execution, especially in early-stage or high-growth environments. you thrive in ambiguity, make high-impact technical decisions, and confidently guide others through complex tradeoffs. you communicate clearly and effectively, aligning engineers, product mana
