 qualifications
bachelors degree in  Computer Science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
at least 3 years of experience leading software teams in a product-oriented environment.
5+ years of hands-on development experience in at least one of the following: go, ruby,  JAVA, or  Python.
passion for working with a diverse tech stack, including multiple development languages
solid experience with agile methodologies and ci/cd practices.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
proven ability to mentor and lead team members with varying levels of expertise.
skilled at identifying risks, tracking progress, and resolving complex technical challenges.
highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. how will you stand out from the crowd? experience coordinating with offshore teams. experience in the cybersecurity domain.
