Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement project management processes and governance frameworks to support growth and process transformation initiatives within the organization. Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from start to finish. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Define project goals, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project effectiveness and measure outcomes. Monitor project progress by identifying risks and issues early, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare regular reports and updates on project status, milestones, and key metrics for stakeholders and senior management, ensuring visibility into project progress. Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture best practices and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery. Ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals by driving projects that support key business objectives and contributing to overall success.
