b.sc. in mechanical engineering (m.sc. or advanced degree preferred).
minimum 4 years of expertise in liquid cooling thermal design and implementation.
hands-on experience with liquid cooling management, including chillers, cdus, and monitoring systems.
strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between diverse technical and functional groups.
a consistent track record of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
