minimum qualifications:
bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
experience with leadership (e.g., people management,  team lead, mentorship, coaching).
experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
experience with technical conversations, demos, prototyping, or workshops with customers.
preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience leading pre-sales or technical consulting teams, with a track record of hitting regional business goals and coaching talent.
experience working with sales and sales operations.
experience collaborating with product management to influence roadmaps based on field feedback.
knowledge of secops (  SIEM /security orchestration, automation and response (soar)), threat intelligence, cloud security and mandiant consulting services.
knowledge of ai-driven defense (gemini), agentic  SOC.
