Senior Web & Brand Designer

We are building the next generation of AI-powered IT management, used daily by thousands of IT professionals worldwide. Were looking for a Senior Web & Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape how we show up across our digital surfaces.
In this role, youll contribute to our digital brand expression  across the website, landing pages, campaigns, and more. Youll work closely with other designers and cross-functional partners to translate brand strategy into digital work thats clear, confident, and consistent.
What Youll Do.
Uplift and maintain  our digital brand expression
Youll help bring the brand to life through layout, typography, imagery, motion, and interaction - ensuring digital work feels cohesive,
intentional, and unmistakably us
Design production-ready digital experiences and support developer handoff
Youll design web pages, landing pages, and digital assets from concept through final delivery
Create and evolve digital and brand assets

About You:
3+ years of experience designing web and digital products, with a solid understanding of UI/UX best practices (responsive design, usability, accessibility) and a portfolio that shows shipped work - not just concepts.
Strong visual craft and brand sensibility, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, layout, and detail, and the ability to apply brand consistently across digital surfaces.
Experience delivering production-ready design, including clear developer handoff, with strong fluency in Figma and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Tech-savvy and AI-curious, comfortable collaborating with developers, designing within real constraints, and using AI tools to explore ideas, speed up workflows, and improve output
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Web Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or an equivalent field.
UX/UI certification preferred.
