Talent Acquisition Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for a  Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a maternity leave replacement. This role focuses on leading recruitment efforts for our Operations and Customer Service units. Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various Operations and Customer Service positions -from sourcing and screening to HR interviews and offer negotiations.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs and provide market insights.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Getts professional values and brand.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven focus on Service Centers, Operations, or Non-Tech roles.
Strong diagnostic and interviewing skills with the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is a must.
