Company is a digital media company that builds and operates lifestyle brands, bringing
millions of people's ideas, inspiration, and information to fuel their passions and interests.
We have developed a digital platform that includes an ESP sending over 12M emails per
day, in-house adtech, A/B testing tooling, in-house ESP, and end-to-end tooling for all publisher
operations.
We are looking to build out its paid search activity, RSOC. The role would require you to
build the activity from scratch, manage growth, and potentially build out a team.
We are a fast-paced company and are looking for someone who has hands-on paid
acquisition activity with an emphasis on paid acquisition for search (RSoC) and would be able to
build things from the ground up.

The perfect candidate will be someone who is data-driven, analytical, creative, curious, and
driven to succeed and is up for the task of building this activity from the ground up. Someone
who has deep knowledge of paid acquisition operations and media buying (and specifically
