Software Architect, Money Group

we are looking for a Software Architect.
What youll be doing:
Define and drive the groups tech vision, roadmap, and innovation strategy
Set technical guidelines and promote R&D best practices
Lead AI/ML integration across SDLC-LLMs, personalization, experimentation, and recommender systems
Mentor teams and drive major technical initiatives
Serve as primary technical escalation point
Hands-on with POCs, tech research, code reviews, and production health
Partner with CTO and stakeholders on key decisions
Foster a culture of innovation through knowledge sharing and open source
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into product roadmap

דרישות:

10+ years in software engineering or tech leadership
5+ years designing high-scale, zero-downtime cloud services (Azure preferred)
Proven problem solver with mentoring skills and a can-do mindset
Expert in building 24/7 mission-critical cloud systems
Proven experience of reliable distributed transactions systems
Experience on building integrations with 3rd parties
Strong in software craftsmanship (SOLID, Clean Code, observability, chaos engineering)
Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Fintech \ Payments knowledge
Knowledge in C#/.NET Core, REST/gRPC, messaging systems (Eventhub, ServiceBus), and in-memory stores (Redis) and no-sql databases (Cosmos, MongoDB)
