Full Stack Team Leader

Were looking for a Full Stack Team Leader who is a tech enthusiast with a drive for excellence and an out-of-the-box mindset to deliver business solutions in a complex payment environment.
What Youll Do
Lead an autonomous team of software engineers working closely with Product Management to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams.
Provide technical authority through hands-on leadership and mentorship.
Drive the overall design, development, architecture, code quality, and deployment of your teams solutions.
Focus on developing and growing your team members.
Ensure engineering best practices (code reviews, testing coverage, agile methodologies).

5+ years of experience in full stack development, with proven success in large-scale projects.
Strong experience with C#, SQL, and building RESTful APIs
Past experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for front-end development.
5+ years of managerial experience, leading development of customer-facing products - a must!
Broad knowledge of OOP, design patterns, web architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
Experienced in Microservices and cloud-based/hybrid environments.
Passionate about managing and growing people.
Ambitious and eager to learn new technologies.
What Could Set You Apart
Experience with messaging queues/streams such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.
Familiarity with Redis or similar caching technologies.
Experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Background in building SaaS platforms.
