salesforce Marketing Cloud data Cloud Implementer

We are looking for a  salesforce Marketing Cloud  data Cloud  Implementer to join a team working on smart customer journeys,  data -driven solutions, and large-scale platforms.

What will you do?

Design and lead end-to-end customer journeys and audience definitions

Implement journeys, automations, and content in Marketing Cloud

Build audiences,  data models, and integrate  data sources in  data Cloud

Manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, and more)

Work closely with  CRM,  ERP,  data, and IT teams

Perform testing,  QA, and quality control before go-live

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience with  salesforce Marketing Cloud

At least 2 years of experience working with  salesforce  data Cloud

Experience in  system analysis and business requirements

Proven experience building complex, multi-channel customer journeys

Strong knowledge of Email and SMS

Very high level of English

Significant advantage:

Experience with WhatsApp / Mobile Apps

Experience with SQL /  HTML / SSJS

Familiarity with  salesforce  CRM and integrations

Background in marketing, sales, or customer service
