Build and lead a team of 15 engineers across backend, blockchain, and AI/ML development
Drive technical strategy and product roadmap from concept to production
Partner with research teams to transform threat intelligence into prevention capabilities
Establish engineering excellence: architecture, code quality, deployment practices
